"Help, Help me!!", she yelled. Her voice ,once soft and soothing, had now turned hoarse for she had been crying for help for the last two hours. The rope that tied her hands at the back of the pole was slowly peeling her smooth skin and her legs were numb, her head throbbing. The effect of chloroform was slowly wearing off. In the broken mirror nearby, she could see herself. Her face bearing marks of a failed struggle, the bruise on her right arm, few spores near her lips, her new black party dress looking not so new. The room wore a deserted look, walls with no hint of maintenance, the floor covered in dust with two pair of fresh footprints clearly visible. She closed her eyes hoping to recollect the events that led her here. The big yellow lights, the black eyed peas in the background, the tequila shots, her body telling her that it has been abused enough, the geeky looking bespectacled guy, his weird looking green shoes...
A cold winter breeze flew in. She heard a latch closing and the breeze stopped. She tried untying herself. Like a fish, who wriggles in the net in a hope that she might still evade the inevitable though knowing fully that she is now at the mercy of her captor. Her fate was no better than the fish. As she struggled, the jute rope slowly abraded her already red skin.
She could see someone approaching, unclear as she was still dizzy from the chloroform. She widened her eyes hoping to get a better view and then a pair of green shoes flashed....
